Wayramart Delivery and Return Policies

 

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges at Wayramart vary depending on the product and shipping destination. We sell directly and handle our own logistics, so the delivery cost is determined based on factors such as order value, shipping distance, and product size. For most products, the delivery charge is displayed in the order summary before you complete your purchase.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
Delivery dates might not always match the estimated timeline due to holidays observed by our team or courier partners. For example, if there’s a holiday between the day you placed your order and the scheduled delivery date, we might add an extra day to the estimate. This also includes weekends, as some courier partners do not operate on Sundays.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Wayramart generally ships products within the specified time on the product page. Delivery times depend on several factors:

  • Product availability with Wayramart
  • Your shipping address and the distance from our warehouse
  • The courier partner’s delivery speed

Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Wayramart?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase from Wayramart. The listed price on the product page includes all applicable taxes and fees. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown separately during checkout.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary?
The delivery time may vary for different products due to factors like stock availability, the location of your shipping address, and the courier partner handling the shipment. Always check the product page for more specific delivery details.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
If your area is not serviced, it could be due to several reasons:

  • The product may not be available for delivery to your location
  • Legal restrictions on shipping certain items
  • Limited courier services in your area

To check delivery availability, always enter your pincode on the product page. If there are any issues, we’ll notify you before your order is confirmed.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Cash on Delivery (CoD) availability depends on the courier partner’s capability to accept cash payments in your location. Some courier services have limits on the amount of cash they can handle. To check if CoD is available, simply enter your pincode on the product page.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returning an item is easy! Simply contact us to initiate a return. You’ll be contacted by our team with further instructions. For eligible returns, we will arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. If a pick-up cannot be arranged, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are covered by Wayramart.

I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
If you received a delivery confirmation but didn’t receive your order, please report the issue within 7 days of the delivery confirmation. We will investigate the matter and resolve it promptly.

What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available”, etc., mean?

  • In Stock: Products listed as “In Stock” are available and will be delivered according to the delivery timelines shown based on your pincode.
  • Available: These items may not be in stock at the moment but can be procured once the order is placed. Delivery time will depend on availability and shipping.
  • Preorder/Forthcoming: Items that are not yet released but can be pre-ordered. They will be shipped as soon as they are available, usually within 2-6 business days after the release.
  • Out of Stock: These items are temporarily unavailable. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be alerted when the item is restocked.
  • Imported: Products sourced from outside India may take longer to arrive, usually 10 days or more.
  • Back In Stock Soon: This popular item is currently out of stock, but you can reserve it for future delivery once it’s available again.
  • Temporarily Unavailable: The product is not available for purchase right now but may return soon. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed when it’s back.
  • Permanently Discontinued: These items are no longer available as production has ended or they’ve been deemed obsolete.
  • Out of Print: Similar to discontinued items, these products are no longer being published or produced.

Does Wayramart deliver internationally?
Currently, Wayramart only delivers within India. You can place orders from anywhere in the world using Indian credit/debit cards, but ensure your delivery address is within India.
