Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact support as soon as possible.

Is it safe to make online payments?
Yes. All payments are processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway using secure encryption. Wayramart does not store your card or banking details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and your location. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India using trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shadowfax.
Why is my pin code not serviceable?
Some locations may be temporarily unserviceable due to courier limitations, legal restrictions, or operational issues.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available on select products and pin codes. Availability is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Is there a limit on COD orders?
Yes. The maximum order value for COD is ₹50,000.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed after product inspection and are credited to the original payment method. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Available: Will be arranged after order placement
Out of Stock: Currently unavailable
Preorder: Ships after official launch
Imported: Delivery may take longer due to international sourcing

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
I received a delivery confirmation but not my order. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation so we can investigate with the courier partner.
Offers & Referrals
Can I use multiple coupons on one order?
No. Only one coupon or offer can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
