Wayramart Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Wayramart Referral Program is open to:

  • Existing customers with an active Wayramart account

  • New users signing up on Wayramart for the first time

Referral benefits apply only to new customers who have never placed an order on Wayramart before. The referred friend (“referee”) must be a first-time buyer for the referral to be valid.

Referral rewards are applicable only when another person uses your referral link or code.

What Counts as a Successful Referral?

A referral will be considered successful only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The referee places an order using the referral link or code

  • The order value is ₹999 or above

  • The order is successfully delivered

  • The order is not cancelled, returned, or exchanged

Referral Benefits
For the Referrer (You)

  • Earn ₹200 referral cash for every successful referral

For the Referee (Your Friend)

  • Get a flat ₹200 discount on their first order

  • Applicable only on orders of ₹999 or above

Validity of Referral Benefits

  • Referral cash and discounts must be used within 90 days from the date they are credited

  • Unused referral benefits will expire automatically after 90 days

Payout Timeline

  • Referral cash will be credited 15 days after successful delivery of the referee’s order

  • Once credited, the referrer will receive a link to select their preferred payout method

  • After confirmation, the cashback amount will be processed accordingly

Usage Restrictions

  • Only one referral discount can be applied per order

  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited (creating multiple accounts or using your own referral link). Such activity is automatically detected

Delivery & Order Verification

  • If a referee’s order is returned, cancelled, or exchanged after referral cash has been credited, Wayramart reserves the right to:

    • Reverse the referral cash, or

    • Adjust the equivalent amount from the referrer’s balance

General Terms

  • Referral cash and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated

  • Any misuse or violation of the referral program terms may result in:

    • Cancellation of referral benefits

    • Permanent disqualification from the program

  • All decisions made by Wayramart regarding the referral program shall be final and binding

  • Wayramart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice
