Exchange Policy

Important notes:
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability
Only one exchange request per order is allowed
If multiple exchange requests are raised for the same order, an additional shipping fee may apply

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do not use the product until the issue is resolved.
When Returns / Refunds Will Be Rejected

The request is raised after the return window
The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering
Damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or third-party repair
Original packaging, accessories, or invoices are missing
Returned item does not match the shipped product
